Open fires & oil-fired central heating. Fuel, power, bed-linen (duvets) & towels included.
Prices include first £35 electricity per week (£20 for short break) - additional usage charged at 10p/unit and deducted from security deposit.
Parking for 6 cars.
2 cots, 2 high chairs.
Games cupboard with indoor/outdoor games.
Video, DVD player, CD player, grand piano.
Gas gob, electric oven & Stanley range, freezer & dish washer.
Washing machine, tumble dryer.
Rapid river swim spa set in glazed enclosure with hot tub, loungers, conservatory furniture and large decked area with teak dining tables for 16.
Home made meals, celebration dinners and house keeping by arrangement.
Pets welcome (downstairs only).
Horses welcome by arrangement.
Non-smokers only.
Friday to Friday bookings, £200 security deposit (returned 1 week after departure).
